Is Your Low Carb Diet Healthy?

Nutritional deficiencies are very common in people who are overweight.

This is true even if the person is eating as much as they want, without trying to diet at all. It happens because we are often choosing to eat food that is high in calories without being high in vitamins and essential minerals.

Often, by supplementing with a good natural source of vitamins and minerals, we can correct these deficiencies.
